Kia Ora Folks, Hope you're staying warm and dry as the days get chillier here in New Zealand. Trying my best to avoid catching that winter flu! It's been quite a while since my last blog entry—I can't believe how long it's been since I've sat down to write like this. But here I am again, excited to share my thoughts and experiences with you all—friends, family, and fellow internet wanderers.
